"HEY WIG"!!!! Vanessa Express Wig Collection

 Hi Guys!
Well it's Friday, and I just received another order of half-wigs from my favorite hair site www.blackhairspray.com. When I'm in between styles or I don't exactly know what I want to do with my hair, I usually tend to go with half wigs. They are easy to style. They are easy to install. They are perfect for glamming up a look instantly. I choose half wigs because my hair line comes down pretty far in the front. therefore I always have to leave a portion of my hair out for it NOT to look ridiculous.

WELL, this line of half-wigs are my favorite. The length, density, and appearance are AMAZING. They are synthetic wigs but they mimic human hair exactly. I always get asked about the type of hair of these when I am wearing one.

Below are the 5 wigs in this collection.

LAS FASTAS

LAS FABAN

LAS LOBET

LAS MOGAN

LAS BAMBY

I usually google the wigs when I need to replace them, to see which site has them the cheapest at the time. I usually find the these 3 sites always have them the cheapest.

These are the ones I got in my shipment today.

If you are into natural looking synthetic wigs. Give these a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Now, below I have listed some pictures of me wearing some of the wigs.
I hope everyone has an amazing weekend! And until next week,

MOTD: Black Opal Beauty

We are all on the hunt for affordable cosmetics that are AMAZING in quality. And I am so FOR Black Opal Cosmetics. The pigmentation and quality of their products rival higher end brands. Some of my favorite products by this brand are their Foundations and Concealers and also their awesomely pigmented eye-shadows. Today, I used their eyeshadow duos in this easy to create look.

So let's get to the product break down!!

I love creating the MOTD/Makeup Of The Day for working women. Of course you can achieve a similar look with less products. I say take the bits and pieces you need to make the look your own!

As always, I welcome your feed back and comments. I'd love to hear from you guys.

Until Next Post!

Furry Business

Turtle Neck and Vest| Ashley Stewart  Jeans| Fashion To Figure
It's Friday! It's Friday! YAY!!!!
So I'm super happy the week has ended (even though I'll be working through-out the weekend).
Today is it SUPER cold in NY. I woke up to 4 degree weather. So I broke out my fur vest. I wore this vest once before to a party (pics below), but decided to pair it with jeans and boots this time around. Nothing major, just simple and warm. I usually don't wear jeans to work, but this weather has me seeking the warmest options possible.

OOTD: I'm seeing spots!

Skort & Sweater: Fashion to Figure
Cardigan: Forever21
Tights: Duane Reade

Good Morning Fabulous People!!!!!

It's Thursday and it's almost time for the weekend. I'm stoked about that (even though I have a lot to do over the weekend). Anywho, today's outfit came together due to me going through clothes in my bins and seeing this skort still had the tag on it. I purchased it over the summer and never got a chance to wear it. So I paired it with thick tights and sweater and a cardigan to make it more winter appropriate.

Let's Talk Makeup

I kept my eyes pretty neutral today because I wanted to rock a brighter lip. It's not spring yet but I'm doing some spring cleaning in my life and thought my makeup should match my mood!!! Fun, flirty and bright! :)

MOTD: ABH Type of Day

Happy Wednesday Everyone...
I've been so into doing eye makeup up lately (it comes in spurts). I came up with this beautiful matte look using ABH (Anatasia Beverly Hills) shadows. I used the limited edition (AMREZY PALETTE) . But some of these shadows are now sold as individuals.

So let's get into.

FACE PREP:
Store brand Oil Free Moisturizer (Wal-Mart)
No7 Beautifully Matte Face Primer
Black Radiance Eyeshadow Primer (on eye lids, brows, and underneath eye for less creasing)

FACE:
Foundation/Lancôme Teinte Idole Ultra 24hr "450 Suede N"
Concealer/ MAC ProLongWear "NC42"
Powder/MAC Studio Fix Foundation + Powder "NC45" (to set foundation) MAC Select Sheer Loose "NC15" (to set concealer)
Contour/MAC Bronzing Stick "Billionaire Bronze" (limited edition) {cheek bones, hair line, nose}
Highlight/ The Balm "Cindy Lou-Manizer"
Blush/ MAC "Petal Power" & Black Radiance "Toasted Almond"
MAC Blot Powder "Dark" in t-zones to prevent oil

EYES:
MAC "Painterly" Paint Pot (as base)
ABH "Vanilla"  (on lid)
ABH "Caramel" (crease)
ABH "Morocco" (outer v and crease, and lower lash line)
ABH "Deep Plum" (outer v and lower lash line)
NYC Black Liquid Liner
MAC Zoom Fast Black Lash
BSS lashes (random brand)
ABH Brow Wiz in Chocolate
ABH Clear Brow Gel

LIPS:
MAC "80%" cremestick lip liner (no longer available)
MAC Stone Lip pencil (no longer available)
MAC Honey Love Matte lipstick

I always prep my lips with chapstick so the lipstick doesn't look as matte as it would without that underneath.

I hope you enjoy this look as much as I did creating it this morning. What do you think of this look and ABH shadows? They are super soft and blendable. I just love them. I have to get more of them. AND ABH offers a pro discount. :)

Hope everyone has a great Wednesday! It's Hump Day whoot whoot!! :)

Valentine's Day Picks- FAB FINDS

Valentine's Day is quickly approaching and I thought, "Why not post some of the outfit ideas I have for that day". I don't really enjoy going out on days like this because of the crowds and what not, but If I were to go out, I would probably choose one of these fabulous outfits.
Keep in mind, I love to dress for holidays in the color of that particular holiday. Of course, Valentine's Day screams red. So most of these ensembles will be RED.

Let's start with

I thought these looks really spoke to my style.

The peplum top is right up my alley with a peak-a-boo bust line. The back shows you off just a bit to get his imagination running. This type of top flatters alot of shapes

The wrap top dress just looks stunning!

Next, we'll visit

These uber sexy dresses will definitely get you noticed.

The Black Turtle neck dress is warm but super sexy. You can dress it up with a bold lip and statement jewelry. Then ANOTHER wrap dress but this one has pleating which, for me, gives the illusion of broader hips (which I need and like)

Sleek Turtle Neck Dress

Draped Oxblood Dress

This dress is simple, flattering to most body types, easy to wear and easy to style.
The skater style looks so flirty and chic. And the detailing at the top makes it sexy.

Cage Neck Skater Dress

I had to throw some pink in there. The pink dress is a standard sheath design but the split brings something else to the table. I also love the square neck and the split in the bossom area.

And THIS RED DRESS. My fave of the whole post. The sweetheard neckline and the off the shoulder detail ooze glamour and sex appeal. You cannot lose with this dress

Ponte Sheath Dress

Keepsake Sculpted Dress

Last, but certainly not least.

This sexy key-hole dress pulls out all the stops. This key-hole body con is made to hug every curve. You'll definitely stop traffic in this one

Key Hole Body Con

These are my picks for a fabulous date night on Valentine's. There's a variety of ways to make these looks work for you. Pair them with neutrals or colorful pieces. Layer jackets and fur on top. Go all out with statement jewelry. Let your makeup make the statement. Either way, the goal is to look fab and have fun.

What are you wearing for Valentine's Day? What are your plans??

*This is not a sponsored post. All picks and opinions are my own. I have not been paid by any company to list these items and I have not been sent anything for free. :)

As always, your comments and feedback are encouraged and I'm glad you stopped by to view my thoughts.
MUCH LOVE! <3

MOTD: Neutrals on Fleek

 Good Morning!
I'm happy to have made it to HUMP DAY. I've been so exhausted this week.
To brighten my day a bit, I decided to amp my regular neutral look with a bit of smokey-ness

Let's get into the thick of it. WHAT DID I USE??

Firstly, I lightened my brows a bit for a less harsh look.
What do you think? Can you tell?

FACE PREP
My moisturizer has been making me oily lately so I opted out and went right in with primer
No7 Beautifully Matte Primer
Wet N Wild Fergie Collection Eyeshadow Primer (regular formula) on brows and under eyes
Wet N Wild Fergie Collection Eyeshadow Shimmer Primer on lids

FACE
Lacome Teinte Idole Foundation "450 Suede N"
MAC ProLongWear Concealer "NC42"
MAC "Soft Yellow" Select Loose Powder to set concealer
IMAN "Sable" Blush for contouring
NARS "Taj Mahal" Blush
NARS "Albatross" Blush (for highlighting)
MAC MSFN "Medium Deep" to set foundation

EYES
MAC "Bronze" eyeshadow (lid)
IMAN "Sable" Blush (transition/crease color)
NARS "Nightstar" eyeshadow (brow bone)
NARS "Albatross" blush (tear duct)
NARS "Mekong" eyeshadow (outer v)
MAC "Blacktrack" Fluid Line (top liner)
MAC "Twinks" eyeshadow (bottom lash line)
MAC Extended Play GigaBlack Lash (mascara)
BSS Lashes #213 (NO NAME BRAND)
Maybelline Define A Brow  "Medium Brown" (brows)

LIPS
I outlined and filled my lip most of the way with MAC "StripDown" Lip Pencil and then layered MAC "Tanarama" lipstick on top

If you wanted to amp this look up even more, you could add Black Liner to the water line and smoke out the bottom lash line with a darker shadow. And darken the outer third of the eye with a black shadow. Though this is alot of makeup for some, I think it is still day time wearable.

What do you think? Could you see yourself ROCKING this to your job??

As always, All Comments and Feedback are welcome.
Thank you for stopping by and MUCH LOVE!
